We LOVE Barcelona and your photos bring back great memories. Your “old town” shot? I have a similar photo standing in that very spot of a different (older) musician sitting there with guitar in hand. Great times!

Did you mean to time this article to all the polemic about the sex workers who are getting “too pushy” in Las Ramblas?

If this news makes it out of Spain, I’d ignore it. The sex workers and their propositions were a lot easier to avoid than the rest of the vendors, tourists and pickpockets…

Barcelona was my introduction to Spanish (Catalan) culture and because of the city I’m now living in Spain (albeit in the Basque Country instead of Catalonia). But I LOVE the city despite not getting their often enough.
