Do you charge for concierge services?
We receive a commission from the travel bookings we make on your behalf, so no, technically no there is no charge. We do ask for a small deposit prior to continuing with the booking process, but we take the deposit off your final charge, so there’s no fee in the end! Because we negotiate bulk discounts with our travel supplies, we pass those savings on to you, so our travel concierge service is a win-win. So what are you waiting for? Why should I book with you instead of with a traditional travel agency or booking online on my own?
Even experienced travelers come to us to take the hassle out of the booking process. You know the drill – 10 tabs open on your browser, searching for the best deal without days worth of airport layovers. Then checking hotel reviews and Googling Wikipedia for the list of local attractions. Where’s the fun in that?

Do you do travel bookings for all regions? Does it matter where I start my destination?
We’re a global travel website and our concierge service is global too. Because we have an alliance and network of travel suppliers world-wide, we can handle travellers coming from or to (almost!) every destination.
Are the monthly super specials really updated monthly?
Yes. Although we negotiate special deals just for you and given the popularity of the travel deals, sometimes we have to take down a super special early because it’s sold out. All the more reason to check the specials regularly, and if you see a super special you like, book it. Other times we might have a deal that will extend for longer than a month, but mostly it’s a monthly rotation.
Can I get notified when new specials are available or other changes to the special offers section?
We update the super specials just before we send out our monthly travel newsletter, Inspiration. So that’s a great mailing list to be on, without a doubt. We never sell your email address or send spam – ever. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Regarding the travel articles: do you accept submissions / contributions from community members?
Sure – there’s multiple ways for you to join in on the conversation. See our contributors page for more information. We currently offer no compensation for article submissions.
