		<description>I spent NYE in CoCo Beach, Costa Rica. I recommend Costa Rica anytime of year, but if you don&#039;t like crowds don&#039;t come here for New Year&#039;s.

However, the town of CoCo Beach is small enough that you are never in a crowd for long so it is quite a site to see all the Ticos celebrate with drink and dance.</description>
