A well-planned vacation is a well-enjoyed vacation, so I will plan your trip with you one-on-one to make sure it’s especially crafted just for you. Every little detail has to be in place, every piece of information spelled out but leaving plenty of room for a bit of serendipity.

I’ll literally put your mind on vacation first, so the physical relaxation will follow.  As a wise man once said:

About Our Service – How It Works

Regardless if either you have a travel dream you’ve always wanted to come true, or if you’ve found some inspiration here on our site, here’s how we can help make those dreams a reality.

1. You can fill out our Dream It, Do It request form to start off the process.  There are several questions, but to make sure we fully understand what you’re looking for, we need that information.    It should only take 5 minutes to fill out the form; that’s far less time than it takes canvassing websites for a travel deal!
2. Donna will receive your request and start researching into the best attractions and experiences to suit your interests and budget, including tips and recommendations from the rest of the STE team.
3. Donna will contact you with some high level information about availability, pricing, and dates for your travel.  If you’re happy with her suggestions, you’ll place a small deposit to confirm your reservation and booking.
4. Donna will make provisional bookings and work with you one-on-one to tweak your itinerary so it’s perfect. Final bookings and your payment will be made once you’re happy with all the arrangements.
5. To confirm everything is ready to go, Donna will send you a  “Know Before You Go” information pack which includes:
   • • your travel booking details
     • destination information (including currency, safety, cultural do’s and don’ts)
     • shopping, food & beverage suggestions
     • a mini-travel guide to help you find other things you might want to see and do while you’re away
6. You pack your bags and head off for your dream holiday!

Am I obligated if I ask for a quote?

No, but we’ll work with you to make sure we come as close to your requirements as we can – without any obligation – that you’ll be delighted to book with us.

I’m on a tight budget. Do you add on a lot of fees?

We receive a commission from the travel bookings we make on your behalf, so no, technically no there is no charge. We do ask for a small deposit prior to continuing with the booking process, but we take the deposit off your final charge, so there’s no fee in the end! Because we negotiate bulk discounts with our travel supplies, we pass those savings on to you, so our travel concierge service is a win-win. So what are you waiting for? I don’t normally book with a travel agent. Why should I use you?

Even experienced travelers come to us to take the hassle out of the booking process. You know the drill – 10 tabs open on your browser, searching for the best deal without days worth of airport layovers. Then checking hotel reviews and Googling Wikipedia for the list of local attractions. Where’s the fun in that?

Our opinion is, of course, biased but here’s a few good (and hopefully unbiased) reasons why the STE travel concierge service is the best:
