I wasn't as lucky as you were to do 3 daytrips ;-) I've heard lovely things about the Monastry of El Escorial and doubted to go to Toledo instead of Segovia. But in the end choose Segovia. Glad to read it's your number one of these 3!! I hope to visit the other places next time. I loved spending time in Segovia - the acquaduct is larger and more picturesque than I could have ever imagined.
